Let’s connect and see where the trail takes us

Services I provide

Mental Health Therapy

In-person sessions are weekly or bi-weekly, as needed. I use several approaches to treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).

50 minutes | $190

90 minute initial assessment | $280

Once a therapeutic relationship is established, treatment via video can be discussed (in the event of illness or because of exceptional circumstances).

Parent Coaching

Behavior is a form of communication. Some behavior is overwhelming, frightening, and unacceptable. Changing a child’s behavior isn’t easy. I rely on behavioral science to guide treatment. Thankfully, behavior can change — it won’t happen overnight, but with time and patience, we can help your child change. One key requirement: all of the child’s caregivers must participate in care.

50 minute session: $190

90 minute initial session: $280

Group workshops will be available in the future with lower per-person rates. These will be announced via e-mail.

Initial sessions need to be in-person, although later sessions can be virtual.

Services I do not provide

I do not provide therapy services to specifically treat or address:

Divorce & custody-related issues

Eating Disorders

Delusional Disorders

Personality Disorders

I do not provide these types of therapy:

Applied Behavior Analysis

Couples counseling

Court-mandated therapy

I still may be able to help you, although I may refer you to another clinician for care outside my expertise.

For example, I can provide a course of CAMS to a client who is suicidal and has a personality disorder, although once your suicidal ideation is stable, I may then refer you to a clinician specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for further treatment.

Every person and family is unique.
