Build a better life
with compassionate care
Evidence-based care
The foundation of my practice is building a collaborative partnership with you. You know your life. I can be a guide, informed by science to plot the course of treatment. We walk the path together.
You are not the first person to struggle with anxiety, thoughts of suicide, or difficulties parenting a child suffering from mental health problems.
Healing and transformation is possible. While changing habits is hard, we can!
I have over seven years of experience working on Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit helping children, teens, and parents in crisis. Prior to working at Children’s, I was a social worker helping children in foster care, supporting kids in reuniting with their families.
I graduated from the University of Washington’s School of Social Work with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2015. I feel privileged to be a clinical instructor at the School of Social Work, and enjoy nurturing the next generation of clinicians.
